This Refund & Returns Policy governs all purchases and transactions made with Tanlem Technologies. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Digital Products and Services
All digital products, software, licenses, subscriptions, downloads, and online services provided by Tanlem Technologies are non returnable and non refundable once delivered or accessed.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after access has been granted, regardless of usage.
Reporting Issues
Any technical issues, defects, or service related problems must be reported within seventy two (72) hours of delivery or activation. Reports submitted after this period will not be considered.
Issues must be submitted with clear details, including screenshots or descriptions where applicable, to allow proper assessment by our technical team.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued strictly at the discretion of Tanlem Technologies.
A refund may only be considered if:
- The issue reported is verified as a fault directly caused by Tanlem Technologies
- The issue cannot be resolved through reasonable technical support
- The issue was reported within the required seventy two (72) hour period
Refund requests that do not meet all the above conditions will be rejected.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within thirty (30) days from the approval date. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
Processing fees, transaction charges, and third party costs are non refundable.
Services Already Rendered
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered, partially completed, customized, or tailored to specific client requirements.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of services and legal recovery actions. We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating disputes with payment providers.
Policy Changes
Tanlem Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately upon publication.
